I found myself on the corner of Bleecker street, Greenwich Village, looking in through the window of the Vintage shop 'Magnolia Bakery'.
Famous for guest starring on the Sex and they City tv series, it's an old-fashioned shop with American desserts and decor.
There's a few of these wonderful shops scattered around the states now - not to be missed.
I just had to try some cupcakes...

LOVE that place. There are so many great tea places nearby. I hope you were able to check them out.
